Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is an official athlete for the organization. Ariel Khadr began her fitness show career when she was just 16 years old, and she gave up her gymnastics. Her Pro Card was granted a year later, when she was 17 years of age. Ariel Khadr has been a sponsor for IFBB Fitness Pro and is a model. She started competing in fitness contests at the age of 16, following the end of her childhood gymnastics career. She earned her Pro Card only one year later and was 17. So becoming an IFBB Pro at the age of 17. IFBB Pro of all time. Ariel was off the stage for 6 years in order to finish her college. The return to competitive competition in 2015 continued her previous efforts, wherein she participated in events of the highest level like Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. When she won her first competition in 2009, she continued competing for a number of years setting new goals. In 2009, four brand new fitness titles have been added to her portfolio. In 2009, she became the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champ. She became one of the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (aged just 17). Ariel was on a break for a while following her professional card's issuance so that she could earn her college diploma. She made a comeback in October 2015 with her first IFBB Fitness Pro debut at the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. She finished at third. In summer 2016, she was awarded the first prize at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. This qualified her for the Fitness Olympia. The Olympian took to the stage three months later and returned with a 6th place for the Fitness Division. Ariel said she had no expectations prior to the event and was satisfied with the results. It's not surprising that she was able to place so high, in light of the contest. Ariel is always improving each year. Ariel enjoys working her back. The most she does is bent over rows, single arm pull-downs (on machines), pull-ups and seated rowing. First, she warms up prior to moving into work out sets. Ariel is also very efficient with her time. The supersetting of all back exercises into three to four 10- 12 rep supersets is what she does.
